Meet Navin,
With 25 years of flying in Newark and a decade of grievance experience, my purpose is clear: to stand up for our Flight Attendants through steadfast and dedicated representation in disciplinary matters. Those who know me understand my dedication and unwavering stand against injustice. I often refer to it as “The Trenches,” tough, demanding work that requires persistence, patience, and heart. It’s the most critical work we do in defending our members.
I’m running for Secretary because I believe in continuing what we started. Ensuring every Flight Attendant has a representative who stands firm, speaks truth to power, and never backs down from doing what’s right. The choice is clear. Let’s choose progress over uncertainty and take the road forward together.
Jennifer brings an understanding of how policy impacts our profession, and she’s not afraid to challenge those in power when it comes to defending our members. Whether in meetings with legislators, management, or union leadership. She has built bridges where needed and drawn firm lines when necessary, with one goal in mind: to protect and advance the rights of Flight Attendants.
Under Kim’s leadership, our council has met every challenge with integrity and principle. I have honestly never seen anyone invest as much time and energy into our council as Kim. She pushes me to be better in every aspect of my work. Kim understands the realities of life as a flight attendant. She skillfully navigates discipline, grievances, scheduling, and safety issues, fighting tirelessly to ensure flight attendants are well represented and treated fairly in all circumstances.
